FUNDRAISER........ help us !

Hey guys, We are organizing a fundraiser to help towards paying for our first album. It is a Fundraiser Party we'll have two kegs and the entry into the party is going to cost $10.00 . The $10.00 gets you 4 cups of beer and entry into the jamboree ! We are currently getting performers together to perform before us. The first band will go on at 9:00 p.m. and play for 40 minutes. The next band at 10:00 p.m. for 40 mins. and last but, not least we'll perform our set at 11:00 p.m. It is set to take place on December 19th at my house. We'll need a bunch of people to make this album a possibility and it starts here. We'll keep everyone updated with who is performing and every other detail stay in tune with us. - THE WAR AGE -

FAN OF THE MONTH ! NEWS ON THE SHOW !

The War Age is going to begin a new promotion to show our fans and myspace friends our appreciation. We'll begin rewarding the person on myspace that helps to promote us and our live shows the best and hardest each month. Your reward ? Happy you guys asked. Your reward will be free entrance into our show. The next show we'll need help promoting will be on New Year day , January 1st, 2010. I know it is already a new year. Promote us like crazy and if you really want to go hardcore blog about us to your friends and get as many people to attend our January 1st show at lola's sixth in Fort Worth, Texas. The winner is to be announced the week of the show. So please help us out and keep us updated on how you are helping us out. GOOD LUCK !

GAME DAY.

We are about two hours from practice on the day of the show. We usually have a mega long practice on show days today we'll have about a three or four hour practice at the aardvark in preparation. We have some things to set up and get complete for tonight's show. The pressure is on ! We hope to see anyone who comes to our show this evening !

NEW SONGS !

Hey everyone we've got two new songs to debut on Friday night or morning however you look at it. One we've already played live in Austin and another that you ( FORT WORTH , TEXAS ) are going to hear before anywhere else ! We are excited and the day is near for you to come and hear us play. Day 2

Today we've got practice lined up it should be great but, rough none the less. We've got to finish up a new song we're debuting on Friday for the first time ever, and another song we are debuting in Fort Worth . We are really excited ( as always ) to be playing for our friends and everyone who stumbles upon us while looking for " a GOOD TIME " Anyhow we are working hard booking shows and are ready to play. Side note :

We want to thank our good friend Josh up at the AARDVARK for giving us a bass. It is a Mark Hoppus Fender P Bass. Josh overheard me talking about how my bassist was borrowing a bass and out of the kindness of his heart offered up one he had sitting around. We appreciate it. Thank you Josh !
